Majlis Belia Malaysia (MBM) dan Kementerian Belia Dan Sukan Malaysia telah menghadiri program World Conference of Ministers Responsible for Youth 2019 and Youth Forum yang berlangsung pada 21-23 Jun 2019 di Lisbon, Portugal. Majlis perasmian disempurnakan oleh President of Portuguese Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.
Antara perkara pokok perbincangan adalah mengenai:
– Climate change
– Uphold SDGs agenda
– Right of young and women
– Role and access of youth people to global world (science and technology)
Turut dibincangkan adalah mengenai ‘focus next 2030 agenda’.
Delegasi Malaysia diketuai Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Belia dan Sukan, Dr. Waitchalla RRV Suppiah dan MBM diwakili Setiausaha Agungnya, Sdr. Hasnul Haniff Harun.
