The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia has donated a total of RM100,000 to Malaysian Youth Council (MYC) last week, 27 August 2021. In conjunction with Prosperity Box Program where the program aims to provide necessities to affected Malaysians during this pandemic.
H.E. Mr. Ouyang Yujing expressed his contentment for collaborating with youths. He further explains that this gesture is to symbolise the friendship between China and Malaysia for the past 47 years now and he hopes that affected Malaysians will benefit from this small contribution.
The MYC are deeply grateful, and we thank the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia and H.E. Mr. Ouyang Yujing for their generousity. This contribution will be distributed as soon as possible to those in need through State Youth Councils across Malaysia along with ‘Relawan Untuk Malaysia’ assistance.
MYC hopes that this significant contribution will further strengthening our friendship and humanitarian value forever.
The contribution was received by the President of MYC, Mr Jufitri Joha; and witnessed by Vice Secretary, Ms Kavita Maheendran and EXCO, Mr Faiz Suhaimi.
