KUALA LUMPUR 4th June – A brief discussion with Prof Robyn Broadbent, Chairman of Commonwealth Alliance of Youth Work Associations – CAYWA (CAYWA) and the significant stakeholders of professional youth work bodies in Malaysia was held via zooming.
The discussion chaired by Mr Jufitri Joha, President Of Malaysian Youth Council.
There were other representives also from Jabatan Belia Dan Sukan Negara, IYCMalaysia, Institut Pengajian Sains Sosial (IPSAS), UPM and i-LEAD.
The main discussion was about the proposal to co-organize International Youth Work Week Celebration and Conference and all stake holders initially agreed with the planning due to be held in Malaysia this coming November 2021. Futher discussion on the tentatives of the program will be discussed in detail soon.
